  • Led Boston College to a #1 seed in the NIT, a top twenty national ranking and a 21-13 overall record during the 2010-11 season

  • Led Cornell to three consecutive Ivy League Titles and NCAA Tournament appearances from 2008 to 2010

  • Coached Cornell to the NCAA Sweet 16 in 2010, the first appearance by an Ivy League team since 1979, and the first NCAA Tournament victory in Cornell history

  • Led Cornell to the program's first national top twenty-five ranking (22nd) in 59 years (2009-10)

  • Recipient of the Clair Bee National Coach of the Year Award and the mid-season Hugh Durham Coach of the Year (2010)

  • Finalist for the Hugh Durham and Jim Phelan Awards for national coach of the year in 2010 and the NABC, USBWA and Hugh Durham Awards for national coach of the year in 2008

  • Led Cornell to the first consecutive twenty win seasons in program history

  • Five of last seven teams have finished first in conference team field goal percentage (Boston College and Cornell)

  • Led five teams to finish amongst the top 20 teams nationally in points-per-possession

  • Named court coach by USA Basketball for the Under-18 national team trials (2008)

  • Helped Pennsylvania win six Ivy League titles, five NCAA Tournament appearances and a top 25 national ranking during his final eight years with the Quakers

  • Played basketball and baseball at Ursinus College (PA), serving as the basketball team captain during his senior year and advancing to the NCAA Division III Tournament semifinals as a freshman
