  • Over 18 years working in the NBA, including 16 as an assistant coach with the Warriors, Cavaliers and Hornets

  • Served as interim head coach of the Hornets for 21 games in 2017-18 in which the Hornets were 5th if Def Rtg, 1st in Def Reb, 4th in Turnover %, and 2nd in FT Attempts

  • Assisted the Hornets to playoff appearances in the 2013-14 and 2015-16 seasons

  • In the 2013-14 season, the Hornets finished with the 2nd highest number of single season wins in franchise history (43) and was the second-most improved team in the NBA

  • Became the youngest assistant coach in the NBA (age 27) when hired by the Hornets in 2000

  • Worked closely with two MVP's (LeBron James and Stephen Curry)

  • Coached under Steve Clifford, Don Nelson, and Paul Silas
  • Named Team Representative by the NBA Coaches Association

  • Received his Bachelor's Degree with a double major in sociology and management from Brown University in 1996
